📌 No Exchanges or Returns
As a company policy — and for hygiene and safety reasons — we do not offer exchanges or returns on products once sold. Please make sure to refer to our size chart and product details carefully before placing your order.
💔 Received a Damaged or Defective Product?
While we do thorough quality checks before shipping, if your product arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help.
To be eligible for a refund:
*You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
*You must share a clear unboxing/opening video (from package opening to product inspection) as proof.
*Refunds are processed only for genuinely damaged or defective items.

Once approved, the refund will be initiated back to your original payment method within 15 working days.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled any time before they are shipped. In such cases refund will be processed through the original means of payment within 10 working days.
